I seen a suggestion for how to get my money back from this company and it was successful. I called my bank and told them to dispute the charges of $221.95 that was paid to Lenox Capital. Since this was an electronic transfer and not a debit to my account, the process was fairly simple and I should see the funds put back into my account within 48hrs.
It did cost me a stop payment fee of $10, but this was much better than the $221.95 that I had paid. My bank did tell me that the process was much more difficult for purchases made from a debit card, but it can still be done. I hope this is somewhat reassuring to those that have been scammed by this company.
I knew it all sounded to good to be true and I came by this site and other reports like this by accident. Thanks to all that has written complaints about this company; I would have never known otherwise.
