David Boyd made guaranties for loan approval (even after specific questions were asked about up front payment) that's out right fraud. He sends PDF documents your unable to complete. Then hands you off to another loan officer with another company.in my case to a woman by the name of Kay Barzon, Listed as President of DMR Business Solutions Inc., in Woodland Hills, CA (Business that claims to help Woman Owned Business). When SBA loan is submitted I was told 4 to 6 weeks (when SBA states 36 hour turn around)? When questioning the time frame, I was forwarded an article stating lenders were submitting to many Express Loan Applications??? Once turned down by Innovative Bank for reason (s) David Boyd assured would not be a problem. Everyone disappears.
David Boyd, states he thought Loan was handled. Won't return calls, claims another loan application is in review, won't return e-mails, call (voice mail always full) and won't return funds of $ 495.00 paid in good faith for services David Boyd and Investors Building and Loan did not render.
Innovative Bank states in their letter that applicant is not to contact them or person that submitted the SBA loan application? Loan officer at Innovative Bank stated I could reapply in 90 days, once a minor issues was corrected. This is a scam being played by, I am afraid, more then just David Boyd and Investors Building and Loan.
Thanks Arnold, it's hard enough to build and run a business without these scam artists being licensed to operate!
Complaint filed with the California District Attorney's Office and deling with the fraud department at my bank!
