This company is affliated with the payday loan site Last Chance Cash Advance. Google it and you will see a ton of complaints about unauthorized charges for ID theft protection. I just call this number 866-592-6439 and they said my subscription was cancelled. I am going to close my account just to be safe. Be careful with those loan sites! Do not use them unless they take you directly to one site. I have used Cashnetusa.com and they are great for emergencies and are very honest.
