Wells fargo bank stole $350 from my account and refuses to return it

I am a doctor and have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years. I rendered medical services to a patient and he paid $350 by credit through the Wells Fargo credit card machine in my office that I am paying a high monthly fee for. The bank appropriately credited my account, but with absolutely no notice to me, they sucked out $350 from my account. When I complained, they said the patient had claimed it didn't treat him. I stated that if that were true, why did he pay me? Wells Fargo made me send exhaustive paperwork to them to prove I did render the services. I faxed them all documents they requested;the patient's signature that verified he received the treatment, his signed promise to pay, his signature on my sign in sheet, etc., in short I sent undeniable proof that the patient received the services and had lied when he denied this.

Wells Fargo promised me that if I sent these verifying documents to to them, they would immediately credit my account $350 that they had taken from me. That was 3 months ago and they still have not returned the money they stole from me. They started off by saying they could read my fax cover sheet, but not the attached documents, which is absurd since they were all typed on the same white paper. I then refaxed the documents 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY CLAIMED THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FAX CONFIRMATION SHEETS FOR EACH TRANSMISSION! I called and complained to a supervisor and she told me that I had run out of time and they would not replace my money! I responded that the delays were the fault of Wells Fargo, but she said they were not going to replace the $350 they literally stole from me. I have deposited literally millions of dollars with this bank over the years, and this is the way they treat me? If this is not resolved ASAP, I will move all of my accounts to an honest bank.
