Fraud, Scammed, Lied to us, took our money, got our house foreclosed upon, Loss Mitigation

Whatever you consumers do, do not do it with this company. This company is full of crap... They advertise Loan Modification, what you really get is a nice charge on your credit card and the house goes into foreclosure... They have sales representatives that are worse than the loan officers that put alot of us in the terrible loans that we are in now. They promise to get you out of foreclosure, promise to get your interest rate lowered, and you principle balance cut so that you owe less... The only thing that i got everytime I called in to talk to my case manager is the run around and voice mails... No one wants to talk to you over at that company... The sales representatives charged me two times what my mortgage payment is and said that they would have their case managers negotiate with my lender for me to get my loan reinstated and caught current... What actually happened is that i put my faith in a company that promised to help and four months later I got a letter in the mail saying that my house has a sale date... When I finally got a hold of my case manager after two weeks of leaving messages they told me not to worry it was part of the process and that they would be able to get the sale date postponed. When I was unable to make my second payment to Mason Capital they said that my file was suspended and now I have been forced moved by the sheriff and where am I to go. I gave whatever little savings I had to Mason Capital and have no money to pay for a hotel or even an apartment. So I then tried again to get a hold of someone over there to see if I could get a refund and was told that it would be sent to the person in charge of refunds and had to wait for them to contact me. Another week went by and I called again only to find out that they were not going to give me my money back, even though they did not come through and save my house. So take a lesson from my experience... Some of the companies that offer this loan modification loss mitigation or whatever they call it are hinest, but NOT THIS ONE... Consumers stay away
