I contacted Mason Capital Group, LLC and spoke w/Ken Hastings about assistance w/my mortgage loan and was assured that their company could assist me. I sent a $500. Money order and paper work to get started. I was told that it takes 120 days in which if they were unable to assist me, my money would be refunded. I have been working with Alicia Payzont & Lupe Medina and have gotten nowhere.
Last week I contacted Alicia to check the status and she assured me that we had passed the loan modification and was awaiting the next step from my mortgage lender. Today, I received a letter from lender services stating that there was a date for foreclosure on my house. I tried to contact Alicia and the phone number was disconnected.
These are people who are of their own freewill taking advantage of consumers in a time where everyone is experiencing financial hardship. They need to be stopped and pay for the anguish they are putting consumers through with their false advertisements.
