I just opened an account a month ago and I have been experiencing some financial difficulties, so I decided to apply for a pay day loan. Well I was denied for the loan and did not think anything about it. Then today when I checked the mail I recieved a letter from the bannk stating I was been charged for an overdraft fee of 22.00 because USA credit attempted to take 149.95 from my account.
I called the 800 to my bank and the rep said to contact the company, I asked her after this is resolved will they return the money they took for the overdraft she stated if the investigation proves so then they will but generally they don't. So I have to wait unitl the morning to have a talk with USA credit, I am also going to follow the instructions that were posted with some of the other posting as far as having it removed off the account.
