This is my second out of three reports that i am filing on behalf of so far three fraudulent charges on my checking account by three different credit companies that so far total over 330.00.
They all stem from when i applied for a payday loan, well i have found out now that my information was either sold to these credit scam companies or the websites i visited for a payday loan application was in fact only a middleman who took my information and gave it out to everyone else.
At no time did i authorize usa credit to debit my account for 149.00, now my account is overdrafted by 185.00 for the original amount plus the 35.00 overdraft fee.
Its deplorable that these companies try to get this off without our knowledge. I went to the bank first thing this morning about two prior charges when i came across a new one from usa credit that posted THIS MORNING. I think its wrong that now i have to wait for paperwork in the mail to fill out on all three places and return than wait 8 more days before my account will be rectified. Meanwhile my services in my home have been disconnected because i do not have the money in my account to pay the bills.
WRONG WRONG WRONG! DO NOT APPLY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN AT ALL AND IF YOU MUST READ EVERYTHING... Or you will be filing a report right beneath mine...
