I made reservations April 25 through h0tel-and - discounts for one room at Fairfield Bay Arkansas. I did not receive an on line confirmation for the room so i resubmitted my request. When i arrived at Fairfield Bay two rooms had been reserved.
The clerk at Fairfield Bay tried to call Hotel-and-discounts to cancel one room. All lines were busy and the call never went through.
I was billed for both rooms on my May American Express bill.
Since i had no phone number to call I continued to send E-mails to hotels-and-discounts but never received a response. To date i have sent seven e-mails and received answers to none of them.
I have been trying to get a refund of $266.70
I would at least expect a rely to my requests
