It has been afew years now but i wanted to tell someone what happened to me. I was in the process of a divorce and was in the process of selling my house. That fell through and first national bank took what money my ex wife had in her account with them. Even though i had tried to sign the property over to them. Dead in lou. It seemed as the best answer the the problem at the time.
The house was valued at 126k and the ballance was 64k there was no reason for them to take what money she had. Other than to prove their point. What ever that might have been. They then took out criminal charges on myself. Threatning phone call. Which i proved and was dismissed. Yet it has been some time since then. My life has not been the same.
They contacted fannie mae and told them that i did something that i did not do and they fast tracked the forclosure. Which should have not been done in the first place. They should have accepted the deed in lou. You know what. There motto is yes we can. The only thing i know is that yes they can because they have influance over the court system in randolph county. Such as a member of the board is also a judge. What will it get for them to sleep good at night. A bed made of money.
