We ordered a DirecTV system from them with the same promise of a Home Theatre System back in October.
We called at the end of the 6 months and were told to submit a form plus 2 additional documents. We did this and after one month I started to call.
At first, they claimed to not have received the paperwork. I used registered mail and provided a copy and then suddenly the paperwork was found. So then, the response was it would take 6-8 weeks when it would ship.
Called at 6 weeks claimed back logged will ship at end of August. We have been calling on a regular basis since then until last month suddenly they do not answer the phones anymore. At a different 1-800-788-5332 and ask for customer service the line is continually busy.
I tried the local number 949-900-8300 and no one answers there either.
