TLG Great Fun Subscription - Was Charged, Did not Subscribe

I received a charge for 59.99 on my Chase Credit Card from TLG*Great Fun. I called TLG*Great Fun and they promised to refund. When I called Chase, the credit on which the charge appears, it appears that using one of the convenience checks they provide automatically signs you up for this worthless expense. The lady from TLG said that they provide discounts on tickets, restaurants, etc. A real ripoff.
