I have been reading all of the entries and it disturbs me due to the fact that I have been on the phone with Ocwen all day and I was faxed a forberance plan at work and was told that I had to sign and fax back with 2 hours to stop foreclosure of my home, for some reason I couldn't do it.
I have decided that I will continue to make my payments as scheduled and get a lawyer and all calls from Ocwen will be ignored I will see them in court. They may end up with my home illegally but not with out a hellacious fight.
And to anyone that is reading this DO NOT sign the forberance plan it is a crock!!! Once you sign it you are legally bound and you will never pay off your mortgage. The only thing that I can figure is these cons must be taking away hard working americans homes for there foreign friends to come over and live for free.
