I do not recommend Chase credit card. Here is my story:
When getting my free annual credit report from Transunion, I was automatically subscribed and charged on my charge card for something I knew nothing about and did not sign up for from a place called True Credit.
I disputed the charge to Chase. Tanya, a supervisor in the Dispute Department at Chase, corrdinated a 3-way conference call between me and True Credit/Transunion and Chase.in order to stop the subscription and charge I was asked for my personal information, my SS #, my date of birth, etc., which I would not give out. They already had my name and address.
Without my telling them this personal information, True Credit would not un-subscribe me. Chase disowned me and my dispute and held me responsible for the continued eroneous charges of the subscription that I never signed up for.
True Credit/Transunion was deceitful and stole my money through these charges, but...
Chase credit card was just as guilty for putting pressure on me to give out my personal information to a strange place I did not want any business with, and for dumping my dispute and leaving me liable for false charges.
The only way to stop these charges was to close my Chase account, which I gladly did. Chase talked very nice to me when I closed my account and wanted my business back, but they did not make right these charges.
Know this about Chase before you sign up for this card because businesses like this talk very nice ahead of time in order to get you to sign up, but when you're their customer, my story above is the way they really treat their customers.
P.S. See many other consumer complaintss and complaints besides mine about True Credit/Transunion also.
