N.A.C.S. Called me and offered me a credit card with 6.0% APR, which sounded good to me. They told me I would need to give them my bank account number so they could withdrawl $200.00 for a secured card and that I would get 2 $100.00 vouchers which I could use to pay my bill with.
At first I said O.K. But I didn't have the money in the bank at the time. They aske when I would and I said in about 3 weeks, but I told them not to take it until they called me first. About a week later I had second thoughts so I called them and said I wasn. T interested and dind't want to authorise them to take the $200.00. After yet another week they called me again and again I told them I don't authorise them taking the money.
Last week I called my bank by phone number and found that they took the money anyway which caused 1 check to bounce, 1 overdraft on my account and 1 check to be returned. I would like to know if we can all get together (not in person) and file a class action suit and put them out of business permenantly. Charge them with fraud, theft, deception, plus all legal expenses and for once WE come out on top.
