Hello, my name is, John and I contacted wold saving's my mortgage holder in march of 07 to ask for two month's of payment deferment's they agreed and sent me a conformation letter stating they will be defering April 07 and May 07 reson being I had a emergency out of state all was well until I returned home to find a letter in the mail from world saving's stating "Your loan has been approved for commencement of foreclosure action" As anyone would be sick to their stumach I quikly called them to ask what the hell they were talking about forclosure when I had a letter in my possetion with there approval for the deferment's they said well we tried to reach you but had no succes.
Duh they knew I was out of state! So here we are in July 07 with them requesting $5,000.00 that I did not have. Mind you im perminent dissabled all my money went into theis dream house im about to lose. I was forced to file chapter 13 with payment's that are way be on my capability with a family of 6. No way they are not going to get away with my life and kid's saving's I will do everything in my power and knollege to stop this I've contacted all local and goverment official's to there civil violation's and will be hiring a attorney to represent me. Let's not forget that I have that letter with agreement. To all best of luck.
