Ripoff False information given to cause foreclosure Lies to cover mistakes Knowingly caused my home to be foreclosed

Three years ago while beginning a bankruptcy, I agreed to make payments and not be late once or my home would go into foreclosure. I had not missed a payment but began to receive letters from the bankruptcy department with Washington Mutual saying I had missed a payment. My bankruptcy lawyer also received the same letters.
I contacted WM to ask what payment was missing because I did not think I had missed any payments. They said I missed a particular payment so I provided a receipt for that payment and they told me to disregard the letter. Two months later I get another letter about a payment missing. I contacted WM and asked what payment was missing. They then said I was completely current on payments and to disregard the letter. Two months later I got another letter stating I am missing another payment. I called them again and they said I was missing a particular payment so I provided that receipt. I was then put on hold and later told that the payment missing was two years ago and I needed to provide a receipt.

They finally found a month that I did not have a receipt for and then sent me a letter stating I had 10 days to pay up or the house would be foreclosed. I could not come up with the money in time and the stay on my home was lifted thereby causing it to go into foreclosure.
It seems very obvious to me that they were just looking for a receipt that I did not have so they could foreclose on the house.
