I payed my truck off 2 months early by mail called in 2 weeks after payment was due talked to customer rep. On the phone and she the account was closed and the truck was payed for and the tittle would get mailed out. Well today I got a letter in the mail saying I owed them 108.00 dollars before the account can officially be closed. Called the customer service number and spoke to some supervisor in India who told me to shut up and Fuc* you after I called him a liar because he said that I was late every payment and I told him my credit reports show no late payments and that the truck was payed off 2 months early. So then after he Fuc* you American he hung up the phone on me. I called the main number back and received some one in the United States and told her what happened with the last person I talked to she said she was sorry but I owed them the 108.00 because I did not ask them to knock off the remaining interest when the truck was payed off early I argued with her and said you cant do this and she they could so I called 2 deferent lawyers and they both said that this was very unethical but legal due to a loop hole in the contract but they said hardly no body does this except mostly shady car lots or finance company's. So I called back the customer service number and talked to a supervisor and told her about the unethical practice but she did not care so I had no choice but to pay the 108.00 dollars yea you can say its my fought or what ever but I have bought Ford Super Duty's and have delt with Ford Motor Credit for 10 years and have payed off vehicles up to 5 months early and never heard of this or been done this way is what I told the woman at Chrysler Financial and that you would rather lose a first time customer and buyer over some 108.00 dollars that you guys say I need to pay now. Man what a sorry company I bought this Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel as a work truck and it has been pretty good exept for allot of A/C problems Dodge has. It has held up engine wise to the Power Stroke Fords I use for work but the interior holds up longer in the Fords than the Dodge. The point is that they would rather lose a first time customer and buyer than keep one and collect 108.00 dollars of unethical money and screw you over. Thats sorry I will never buy a Chrysler product again or do any business with them again. They are just sorry.
