Wachovia Banks
Nsf fee's did not apply

On more than one occasion wachovia banks have charged my acct. For nsf fee's when we had money in the bank. I was told by wachovia that they could not use my check that was deposited because it was deposited on the following buisness day. The nsf fee's were charged after my check had cleared. Seems to me that if you have money in the bank (no matter where it came from) then you should not be charged the nsf fee's
