Unauthorized withdrawals from checking account, harrassing calls, threatening to garnish my paycheck Delaware Internet

Last week I applied for a payday advance online on a website that searches for lenders. On Saturday June 14th, I checked my online bank account to find a $260 withdrawal from a company titled Loan Shop. It had a number listed with it so I called it. I spoke to a lady named Mrs. Lowes. She said that the withdrawal is for two previous loans taken by me in 2006 amounting to $1400. I have never received a loan for that amount and was baffled by her statement. She then stated to me "Don't you know how to balance your checking account?" which made me even more mad. I told her that any loan that I got in the past was paid. I did recall having to close another checking account because of the same reason in the past. I told her that I didn't authorized this withdrawal and that she must have gotten my new bank information through this new application online. Later on that day, I called my bank to tell them that there is a fraudulent withdrawal from a company that I don't know. The bank had me fill out a dispute form and suggested that I close my account (which I did). Now the same company is harassing me with phone calls on my home phone and work phone. A woman called Christina from LSO (Loan Shop) called me at 8:30am this morning saying that if I don't return her call within 24 hours they will start an investigation. I called her back and told her that any loan I took out in the past was paid in full. She said that it wasn't and was very threatening and rude. I hung up on her. Another person called Mr. Chin from the same company called me right after. I called him back and he said the same thing she did. I asked him to send me proof of what they have, and he didn't respond. He is now threatening to call my employer to garnish my check. I have never heard of this company before now. I don't owe them anything. I am now attempting to file a complaint with the Attorney General about this. But is there any other type of action that I can do at this point? I don't want them to call my employer. I have found numerous other complaints online against this same company on several websites. There must be some way to stop them from doing this to people.
