Homecomings had us 3 days from being vacated out of our home and they gave no notice of default, foreclosure, and never sent statements. We would have been without a home. We paid our mortgage in full in CASH and now they won't release our deed even though they agree to do so in writing. The home is ours paid in full and they are still playing games!
We were charged with erroneous fees (drive by inspections in excess of 6 per month) we were not notified of an increase in our rate but they sure took our money!
If anyone knows what can be done to obtain my deed which is rightfully mine now that I have paid them off, please respond. The people at Homecomings, and GMAC do not give a hoot about taking people's homes from them illegally. I am not quite sure how these people sleep at night.
