RIP-OFF LIARS with DISHONEST Sales tactics

I received a letter saying I was preapproved for a $15,000 limit credit card. I knew it was to good to be true. I sent them $37.00 like they asked for processing-claiming I would receive it back if I didn't like the card. Well I got this stupid catalog that has all no named stuff in it. I just want my money back.
