GE Money financed a home A/C unit. 0 % if paid in 90 days with a grace period. I paid in 96 days, well within the grace period in the contract. Then then charged me late fees. I've been trying to correct this but they won't listen, they say someone in El Paso will handle and no, I can't have their telephone number.
Consumer Affairs says that they must respond to complaints in a certain time period. They do; they send letters saying that they will look into it; then do nothing! In this way, they are fullfilling the obligations of Consumer Affairs; they respond! Another letter from me; another form letter from them saying that they will look into it. Absolututly no telephone numbers so they catch you in a loop.
If you have a chance to choose, DON'T CHOOSE THEM!
