This scam company debited my account for $31.98. Bank of America will open the dispute only after the transaction posts. Has anyone else noticed that when you use their "live chat" they tell you in their canned response: "here is the website to ask for a refund. Refunds are issued within 72 hours for THOSE THAT QUALIFY." Who wants to bet that NO ONE has ever qualified? I wonder how many millions they have made scamming people and why they haven't been shut down.
