I to have had the same problem as a previous poster, but I do not remember even looking at this particular companys page. I did apply for 3 or 4 diffrent cash advances, and after doing so recived so much spam, that I had to change my email. I was getting aproximatly 6oo emails a day from various companys about cash advances. So, I have come to the conclusion that yes companys do sell yuor information.
I spent over 3 hours, calling twice, trying to talk to someone. Whenever I did get someone on the phone they would either say I approved the charge or that they had to transfer me. It ws extreamly aggrivaiting and i am to the point where I jsut cant deal with it right now... I will try agian later. I am however going to the bank, because they have a form to fill out for problems such as this, and I am going to try that way.
This company is nothing but a scam artist and does have an usatisfactory record with the BBB. I am very unhappy and hopefully something will come of this.
