West Plains Bank has the worst business practices of any institution. I have never heard of hired staff hanging up on a customer, until now. I was inquiring about an account that had closed, and the banking attendant hung-up on my 3 times!
I do not condone this kind of behavior from a financial institution. I am sure every other bank in Missouri would not either. This kind of practice is what gives business in a rural area a bad name.
