Thank you for your site!
I, too, am a Plains Commerce Bank rip off victim. Luckily for me, they couldnt attach my account as there was not enough money in it.
I found that there is a branch manager there at Plains, who will be happy to tell you that HE IS investigating this in TX and FLA... My question to him, after seeing all these unhappy people, is why just those 2 states if he is genuinely investigating this!
He didnt have an answer, of coarse.
I have to recover my NSF charges, as they tried not once, but twice to deduct from my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.
I suggest that we all band together and put these people out of businesss. I, personally, am going to Consumer Affairs in Washington DC and my letter will also go to the Better Business Bureau of Sioux Falls, SD.
The card is THEIRS
The bill is THEIRS
and the BLAME SHOULD BE THEIRS TOO
Please post this as I didnt know how to. On your forum on your site. To know that Im not the only one is a bit comforting. Although, I share everyone's anger that a financial institution can get by with this type of SCAM.
