Liars! Was cornered in & made the mistake in trying to deal with them, told me they would send me written notices of pay'ts I made NEVER received any!

They called me at work one day and I spoke to a Gary Santana. He is very rude!

First off, I didn't even know where he was calling from, since all he said was his name. I've asked numerous times from where he was calling from and all he could tell me was his name and he was calling on behalf of Wells Fargo. He told me that I needed to pay immediately or set up pay'ts on a debt that I owed ASAP or else. He said that I had refused to pay and thats why he's contacting me now about it. I asked him why would I refuse to pay something or run away from it. And he said that they've sent numerous letters regarding the debt, but I never received not ONE! He also stated that if I didn't make any decisions today regarding the matter that he would take it up with the board of directors (never said who and what board of directors this is) and have it resolved to where I would have my wages garnished and worse, he said, put a lien hold (???) on the house my bf's father owned. (I don't know what he meant by that, but he mentioned something of seizing assets to pay off the debt...)

He did such a darn well good job in cornering me in, put guilt trips on me, to the point where I had cried... While at work! I know I'm young and a bit inexperienced, but was that all really neccessary? To tell me that all they wanted to do was help me and all I did was screw it up for them and because of me they were going to loose the house?!?!?!?!

And of course, me being stupid, I made a deal with him to pay off the debt bit by bit, gave him my acct. #. I requested for a written notice regarding the pay'ts and he promised me that he was sending out one that very same day, with all the info on the account I was paying, how much I was going to pay, etc etc. Well, it's been about 3 1/2 wks now and I've yet to receive anything.

I did call them a week after that time he contacted me at work and let him know that I haven't received anything regarding the pay'ts. He said he had sent out numerous letters already and that I should take up the matter with my postmaster about the lost letters. And he made it sound like my postmaster was hiding the letters from me. Hello! I receive everything else as normal even junk mail, but the letters he was to send. I told him that I cannot continue further pay'ts until I received a written notice of the account. He then started with the guilt trip again said that he knew I was going to be a problem from the getgo and that he should have never tried to make a deal with me about it. He went on and on about me refusing to pay and talked over me lots of times. I talked over him as well stating that I am not refusing to pay, I just want to have written proof of what I am paying for. And that he promised me he would be sending me notices. Again, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!

I continued on saying that I will not make any further pay'ts on this until I know for sure, in writing, what I am paying for. Who knows where my money is actually going to? Paying of the debt or paying of his debt?!?!

I've already talked to my bf's father about this and asked about any letters addressed to me and him and he said there were none. That guy said that the letters may have been sent to the co-signer's address and to check with them. Well, I did and again. Nothing! I am reporting this to my bank's fraud center...

I need to get out of this nightmare!!! Somebody please help!!!
