Two Lawyers Trying to Collect Same Providian Account Twice

Trying illegally to collect an account that was transferred already from Providian Bank to Washington Mutual and also Washington Mutual is taking me to court for the same account.

That is, different lawyers trying to collect from the same account twice!!!
