The company was a joke to work for. The way they paid us was harsh and shitty. We had to charge customers max points in order to make a real paycheck. I would sell it as x amount of dollars per month. I have to say I did some loans for complete idiots. I would take full advantage of every situation. I made shit in 2007. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they cut our comp plan by 30 percent. I stayed so shame on me. I think the times of Loan Officers making 20k per month are gone. Also the scumbags our company gave loans to should stop paying the mortgage. Get kicked out of the house, and call it a day. Lets keep it real someone making 40k a year should not be living in a 350k house.
