When the balance of my mortgage was less than $20.000, this company began to claim "no receipt of my mortgage payment to them." Additionally they began to, randomly, return some of my monthly payment to me. Example: Jan check credited. Feb check returned. March & Aprils 2008 check credited to the loan, May Check returned. Letter sent aledging non payment for the months my check were returned.
Some checks are kept and credited to my account while others are returned. This appears to be shady at the least.
The balance, shown on my monthly statement, of the original loan is $13,898.65. Even with this small amount owed on the original loan, this outfit is becoming more agressive in their attempt to foreclose on my property at this cheap rate.
