Up to approx 1wk ago I was able to call 231 area code. I have two sisters who reside there. Again, no problem calling them through MJ and after canceling land line svc and notifying all my important contacts of my new number, all seemed well for about week and a half. I could no longer access 231 area code as I had before. I still could make local calls as well as call my brother in California, and my father in Oregon. When attempting 231 I get fast busy signal which indicates restricted access. I know because I worked in telecom field installing and programming PBX'S. Perhaps this is coincidental but it is approx 1 month to date of my 3yr deposit for MJ svcs. I've talked to 3 different top 10% reps as they call themselves, but as far as I'm concerned they might as well be classified in bottom 10% in customer satisfaction. I'm pissed and want access again to 231 area code to talk with my family. Otherwise this is just beginning.
