I have had automatic monthly payments set up for the payment of my account with Bill Me Later since the inception of the account. I noticed in May that they had stopped deducting the authorized payments In April, and had added 39.00 in late charges, plus doubled the amount due. I called them right away and authorized them to deduct 100.00 from my account to bring it up to date and reinstated the 50.00 monthly deduction. They sent me an email to verify the payment would be made along with a schedule of future payments. They were also going to reverse the late charges. They didn't do anything and two weeks later I had to start the process over again (meanwhile more late charges were incurred) Again they sent me a confirming email with payment schedule. So far the charges have not been reversed and my credit report is reflecting late pays, whihc is not the case, as any deductions not made is ridiculous, since they are authorized to do a monthly schedule! It is still messed up!
