I have reported once before, but it never showed up here, so I am trying again. I too have been screwed by Wilshire. I refinanced and the paper was sold within 1 month. (I have owned my home for 7 years). I started calling to get on board with their "Modification" program back in November.
On Jan 8th I faxed and mailed my modification paperwork and hardship letter. I have called repeatedly and continue to get the brush off/run around. They have never confirmed whether or not they even REMOTELY intend on modifying my loan. I have asked/demanded to talk to a supervisor and all I get is a voice mail, never a returned call.
Now, I have received another rate increase notice. How do we all get together and this absolute abuse of homeowners? I even thought of writing George W!!! Not that it would help, but ya never know... So YES! I'm in on the class action...
