My previous mortgage company sold them my loan and they increased my payments by 141 dollars. I've written and faxed, and emailed, spoke to supervisors, and called and cannot get a written response as to why? It's at a fixed rate for 5 years. I send a fax that says please call me at this number when you receive this fax per their supervisor's instructions at their call center after the 3 attempt and I get no response. But wait there's more! If that wasn't enough. Their most recent way to scam me out of more money! They impounded money for my homeowners insurance but failed to notify me until 2 months into the new policy they charged me for at $3,500! The two months they want me to pay is more then I pay for my normal policy in a year! I only pay about 500 a year. So they can collect my homeowners insurance money as an impound but have to responsibility to notify me that my policy has expired or is due! I sent a copy to their insurance department of my new policy another fax that read please call me on my cell phone number written on the fax to verify that you have received this fax. No response again! I'm at my witts end I don't know what else to do. There should be law's against this! They are extremely bad stay away if at all possible!!!
