Took over my loan and increased my payment by 141 dollars can't get a response as to why
My previous mortgage company sold them my loan and they increased my payments by 141 dollars. I've written and faxed, and emailed, spoke to supervisors, and called and cannot get a written response as to why? It's at a fixed rate for 5 years. I send a fax that says please call me at this number ...
