No Automated Payment PLan Causes Automated Late Fees - RIPOFF #1 in USA

So I was on vacation - forgot to mail a few bills out via snail mail - No Problem my wife says - go online and make a payment - so I did - I paid a few credit cards, my phone bill, my cable bill, and then I go on to www.citifinancial.com and I can't locate the "pay now" button. Hmmm, I must be tired - so I call them up - because EVERYONE has "pay now" features - including some of the worse companies in the world - I am told my a rude tele-market - "We do not provide that level of service - if you wish to aplpy for another loan I can help with that" - she repeated it 4 times - finally I said "Ok, I'll pay by check over the phone" - reluctanlty I should say I offer this up - because most comanies charge a fee for this - although less than a late fee and it does not affect my credit report.

Well she agin repeats her little sales mantra and states they do NOT OFFER THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE!!! What a bunch of BS - so now - and I guess now it's my fault - I will have to write a check - mail it snail mail - and incur a late fee. What a LOUSY way of doing business. Next month I will pay off this crappy loan, they can lose the interest, and I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with them again. Imagine it's the 21st century and they REFUSE to have online payment features - it MUST be a business plan to charge late fees - some middle manager in that company must be proud of their STUPID idea — they can go take a leap so far as I am concerned - they should be SUED!!!
