"Charles Barbero" is the alleged president of Cygnus, Inc. Signed an agreement with us on 05/29/07 to pay for the live phone transfers from our call center. We figured out what hours would be best for his company to receive these calls. Charles worked out the filters for the leads too. A lot of time was spent in setting up this account. He wanted greater than 100k loan amounts, an LTV of 6.5% interest rate on refi transfers, no mobiles, commercial, purchase or farm land. We transferred people to him and his reps of people that needed help with their mortgages. We lost $11,000 on this scum bag.
"Charles" wrote us a check and it did not cash due to NSF, we delivered the product and he just didn't send the money. He said he would pay over and over. Our sales rep even went to visit to collect a check and he didn't exist.
Cygnus, Inc in Cerritos, CA is a terrible and dishonest company. I would be very aware of what you are getting yourself into. Don't deliver your product until the check clears the bank. He is a scam artist.
