I had filled out all of my paperwork for this attorney and given him a check for $1800,6 weeks later my husand and I schedule an appt to sign paperwork and he is not ready, he couldn't find my paperwork and it wasn't even in his computer, he had to ask all the information again. Why would he waste our time and have us come in? He is very confused man.
He cashed my check and didn't do a thing. When I asked him why nothing was done he was offended and asked if I wanted my money back? He told me as he was writing me a check for reimbursement that "attitude gets you nowhere in this world".
On my way out he said to me "Drive safely" as if he wanted me to get into an accident. Charles Daff is very unprofessional and I would not use him EVER!!
