I'm really happy to see that I am not alone that is being hassled by Afni for statements of obligations to telephone companies. I received a notice in 1/08 declaring that I owed over $1000 to Cingular Wireless to get a statement in 2001! Afni so nicely has agreed to negotiate with me for $500 and change. I've been ill over this attempting to find previous bank claims and aged mobile phone expenses to clear this up such that it would not affect my credit. It's especially unusual in my experience since I have have experienced cell support with Cingular Wireless constantly since 1998. Why might they nevertheless supply me with support easily owed them that amount of cash? Additionally, I've observed my credit history many times since 2001 and not once did this debt appear onto it. I've approached Cingular regarding this to determine when they might help me to stay it plus they have now been of hardly any support. They present that my consideration has already established a zero equilibrium each month however they cannot deliver me a zero stability notice without me supplying them having a bank record demonstrating that I settled them. Today, if we could just determine where you can proceed from below... I'd enjoy some suggestions about this case. If anybody can offer me with any aid I'd greatly enjoy it.
