Ocwen bank filed report on my credit that they initiated foreclosure of my property. They have never been shown on county recording records as recorded owner of mortgage, lien holder or any other thing related to my property.
This is a blemish on my credit so i am going to contact the irs since this house was a rental considered a business on my tax filings since 1994.
County records show the property was transferred (sold) by norwest bank minnesota on 7/30/99 this bank being the holder of the mortgage on loan i made with them in 1994. I do not know how ocwen bank ever got into the picture.
