I know its this would not be the best venue to voice our deepest disappointment to the actions and doing of one of your member organization but we do believe that as a society of reponsible individuals, you deserve to know the doings of Professional Global Marketing Data Services, LC, aka PGM Data Services. Last September PGM contracted my company, Sterling Global Call Center located in La Puente, CA to handle the overloads of their CATI projects in UTAH.
We then accepted the job and worked really hard to satisfy their requirements. To cut the story short, we've worked with them for almost three months and the payment scheme that we agreed upon was every30 days. They were ok on the first 3 invoices, howeever on the foourth and succeeding ones, they started to play tricks with us. Their Finance head, David Harris and Data Center Administrator Chris lott asn the pool of project managers namely Laura Brady, Scott Mcpherson, Chris Thorn and Shane Bassir were no were to found. We;ve sent several; emails to them and tried to contact them but everything fails.in totality, the amount billed to them reached over $80,000US. They still owe us over $40,000US.
I am attaching the invoices and agreement that they signed with us and be the judge on how they handle their affiliates. I am telling this for you to know that having a member like PGM would ruin your credibilty and falsify your claims of being a reputable organization. Please take this as a warning not to entrust anything to PGM DATA SERVICES because after they are satisfied with what they want form you they will just run away. Our President even visited their site and was not offered even with a glass of water and was not entertain properly. And to all the companies who buy research services from affiliate firms of AMA, please beware of PGM DATA SERVICES... You think they are doing great but they are actually stealing your money. Beware of these people, David Harris, Stephen Zimmerman, Chris Lott and Bill Gamble...
