I had a debt that i inclueded in my chapter 7 bank ruptcy. I reported on my bankruptcy log who was my creditor and who was the debt collector for the creditors and these people still call because they do not up date their files. I send them letters contact my attorney they back off then it seems to be that since i filed under the old chapter 7 law they can not do anything but haress me. I sent them letters to stop the calls i sent them letters to talk to my attorney. But a certified letters are exspensive and i can not afford 14.95 for sending letters in the mail so i am like going bananas.
Port filio recoveries can not take anything from me they threatened me that they were going to call the local authorities. That is not so they can not even file a complaint at the local courthouse because the debt that they are after is under chapter 7 law. I filed in 2006 it cleared in 2007 and dishcharged. But they seem to think they can bother me and threatin me i called my attorney he told me have them contact him by email or mail or phone.
I filed under the old law before the president changed the bankruptcy laws. So they think they can collect not under chapter 7 i told them. They flipped out on me over the phone so i did one better i recorded them with out them knowing which by law is invasion of privacy but they do it to record us for collection purposes. So i recorded it and sent it to my attorney they told me then we will see you in court that never happend because they refuse to come to pa to do a court case with the attorney.
They talk smack and all lies telling me to collect soda cans and to be a hoocker on main street things like that is other wise cruel and mean. They think they are above the law but they are like a pain in my arse is more like it. If this reaches portfilio recoveries read this loud and clear i am not paying yous squat so screw off. Portfilio recoveries are like the collection bullies of the collection agency world. Well i am not paying a debt that i all ready charged off if they think they can they they are mistaken big time
