Legacy Visa *, they rip you off with opening charges that are not legit. Credit limit of 300 and charge you initial fee of 175.00 freaking scammers. They prey on young kids trying to get credit, old people who are on low income, and people who have bad credit and are trying to help build up their credit scores. Well here is an idea, if you don't have money, don’t buy it!!! Credit card companies are out to get money on money that you borrow. Why pay $600 for something that only costs 100??? Don't do it. Save your money, and if you insist on credit cards then stay the heck away from LEGACY VISA.
