Legacy visa is the worst thing that i ever did. I'm a young college student and applying for this card was a way to get cash for school. First i was charged $175 processing fee and also $50 annual fee for a $250 credit limit.
I pay my bill every month but can only afford the base payment, some how i only get to use half of the payment that i send in every month now for almost a year and I have not had my credit increased at all like my terms and agreement said and its been longer than six months. On 6/5/07 they sent me that statement saying my annual fee will be billed next month on my accont along with my regular $30.00 monthy payment, a total of $80.00, where am i going to get this? They also charge me a finance charge of " purchases" $3.35 cash advance??? $6.00 monthy participation fee??? How do U get a cash advance with only $30.00 on your card to use??? Liars liars..
