Our 23-year old boy & I've checking balances with National City. Because my boy is within the Military, we connected the balances so we are able to move money-back & forth. About the nights Friday, April 14 at 11:23 P.M. I moved some cash from my boy's account to my bill.instantly afterwards I settled a statement within the precise quantity. 24 hours later I had been struck with FIVE facility costs! NCB says it is because the bill-payment (the money) was instantly billed against my consideration, while (based on lender plan) the move (credit/deposit) did not get put on my account until 8 A.M. 24 hours later because it'd happened after 8 P.M. After I faced NCB authorities, they stated the acknowledged quantity was "unavailable" even though it'd been taken off my boy's account at 11:23 P.M. They cannot tell me where that cash was for 8 1/2 hours (I understand where it was: within the overnight "brush", earning money for THEM, while they charged ME for lacking it in my own bill!) NCB will not return the OD costs, declaring "it had beennot a lender problem". It might not have now been a lender mistake, however it sure is dishonest.
