Within the 30 days limit given I cancelled subscription to prevent a charges. The money was taken and $1 is debited from my account monthly

This company is a total rip off! I was concerned about protecting my identity so I signed up to have my credit report monitored. However, after further thought I decided it wasn't necessary. I would periodically pull my credit report for monitoring purposes.

I then cancelled the service after entering in my credit card information. I received a cancellation email to confirm everything. Also, per their advertising if cancelled within 30 days no monies would be debited.

As you can guess not only was the initial startup fee deducted but $1 has been debited from my card monthly. Can you someone please assist with this matter.
