On 3/19/10 I went online to Privacy Matters for my credit report. I waited 4 days and never saw nothing, so I cancelled on 3/22/10. Printed off email they sent with cancellation # and it stating that I dont need to do anything else to cancell my membership. On 3/25/10 they took $29.95 from me and i want my money back and the money it cost me for over draft fees. They seem to be able to take it out so fast but wants to take 3-4 weeks to put it back. Why?
