Andrew Webber (Wutt Creative) prays on people posting to Craigslist looking for website developers. He responded to email, but then missed 3 deadlines that we agreed to. He knows enough about web development to make him a very good scam artist. But he never intended on completing or even starting the project! Then he just disappeared.
He will take your money and then disappear. I gave him a deposit (1/2 project total) for a web development project that he never even started and definitely never delivered the completed project. He kept coming up with ridiculous excuses for missing the deadlines and then disappeared.
He is out to rip people off and doesn't care who he rips off. What kind of person does this?
