We had a repayment agreemnet with Aurora Loan Services which was due to end In June. When I called to check on the statuse the persone on the phone informed me that it was to end in September so I found the agrrement in which we verbally agreed on and signed. When I told them this they told me I missed a payment in December and tat the computer automaticaal reset my payment plan. So I found the copy of the Western Union that I sent the money through.
Well come to find out they lost my December payment which was found a month later by there cashiering dept. But my agreemnet was already in default they told me since the computer did it they cant fix it and I would now be responsible for there error and must pay according to the new arrangemet. Which I had not been informed about nor did I sign for. So they told me they were going to resend the new agreement and I HAD to sign it. Yeah right, why should I be responsible for there mistake, which by the way added 3 more months to my payment plan plus more corparate fees and penalties. Then they noted that my second payment in January had also been applied differently. I had on my original document thet I had 95.00 worth of Corporate fees but they applies half of my 2300.00 dollar payment to corporate fees and put the rest into suspence. Once again adding more fees to my account.
This company assumes that all of their consumers are idiots and that they can make extra money by playing with there accounts. I had dates changed on their computers of when I spoke to them. One thing I learned from them is to keep documentation of EVERYTHING you send them, keep track of dates, times, and names of the people you talk to. As it stands right now my account is supposed to be researched and the money applied properly (yeah right) and then I am suppose to recieve a phone call with the new payment arrangement. That call was supposed to be yesterday but they never call back-ever! They also sent me a court document stating we were in foreclose when we went to the court the clerk told us there was nothing filed against us, I guess this was supposed to intimidate us but I believe it may be illigal to falsify court documents.
I am very interested in A Class Action Suite against this company if anybody is aware of any please notify me.
